This past week, I was out in Blackshear, Georgia photographing a local commercial property—Blackshear Georgia Storage. The project included a combination of aerial drone photography and ground-level images, giving the client a full perspective of the storage facility from every angle.
Full Property Coverage: Ground and Sky
To begin, I launched the drone to capture wide, high-altitude shots of the entire property. These overhead images are perfect for showcasing the size, layout, and surrounding area of a commercial site like this one. I made sure to include all structures, driveways, access points, and any undeveloped land surrounding the facility—everything the client requested, and then some.
From there, I moved in closer for lower-angle flyovers and tighter framing. These types of shots are especially useful for marketing, investor presentations, or commercial listings, where showing a clean and professional exterior can really elevate the look of the property.
On the ground, I walked the perimeter and photographed all visible signage, key architectural features, and each side of the structure. Ground-level photos help clients document condition, highlight entry points, and provide that extra level of detail drone photos can’t always capture up close.
