On a recent visit to the St. Marys River Bridge — better known as the Blue Bridge — I spent the majority of my time capturing video footage for an upcoming showcase. While I was mainly focused on filming, I made sure to grab a few still photos as proof I was there and to share a quick preview of the visit.
The weather was perfectly clear — not a cloud in sight. While I usually prefer a few clouds to give the sky a bit more character in photos, the bright conditions were great for flying and filming. To make the most of the lighting, I used HDR (High Dynamic Range) photography, blending five exposures to bring out crisp details across the entire image.
The Blue Bridge is a local landmark here in St. Marys, Georgia, and I’m looking forward to returning soon with enough footage to put together a complete visual showcase. Stay tuned for that video — it’s going to be a great one!
