• Turnaround time: Generally 48 hours
• File types: JPEG for photos, MP4 for videos (unless otherwise specified)
• Pricing: Taxes are not included; mileage fees may apply for locations outside our base area
• Payment: A deposit is not necessary for most jobs, but content is delivered only after payment. Photos may be proofed prior to payment.

Note: Packages are designed per property. If your project includes multiple properties, an additional fee will apply for each property.

If your project has unique requirements not reflected in the packages or add-ons—such as events or weddings—you can request a custom quote, and a deposit may be requested upfront.
