Turnaround: Typically 48 hours
File Types: JPEG for photos, MP4 for videos (unless otherwise specified)
Pricing: Taxes not included; mileage may apply for locations outside our base area
Payment: No deposit needed for most jobs; files are delivered after payment (photo proofs available before)
Multiple Properties: Packages are per property; additional properties may include an added fee
Flight Details: Typical shoots include roof-level angles for detail, around 100 ft for perspective, and up to 400 ft for the surrounding area (subject to FAA limits).

Situational Fees
These fees may apply depending on the job, location, and any special requests. For most standard jobs on normal-sized properties (typically under 10 acres) and with no special requirements, additional fees are minimal — and often not needed at all. Larger properties, specialty angles, or complex requests may introduce extra charges as noted below.
Mileage Fee
Applied only when the job is outside Camden County, GA or Marion County, FL. Covers travel time and vehicle expenses for locations farther away.
Oversized Property Fee
For properties 10 acres or larger. This fee may apply depending on the amount of coverage needed, flight paths, and the number of deliverables (photos, videos, mapping, etc.).
Rush Delivery Fee
If final files are required sooner than 48 hours after shooting. This covers prioritized editing and processing time to meet tight deadlines.
Authorization Fee
Only charged when I have to complete site-access paperwork (permits, vendor forms, compliance documents) on your behalf.
Commercial Site Safety Requirement Fee
Applies to locations requiring PPE, safety meetings, permits, check-ins/check-outs with supervisors, or other safety-related compliance steps before flying.
